Duties and Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and assignments, to teach learners the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Flutter development.
Instruction and Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, or classes to teach learners how to use Flutter to develop mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate learning and understanding.
Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical guidance and support to learners as they work through exercises, projects, and assignments.
- Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer insights to help learners overcome challenges and improve their skills.
Code Reviews:
- Review and provide feedback on learners’ code, projects, and assignments to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Flutter conventions.
- Offer suggestions for improvement and help learners optimize their code for performance, readability, and maintainability.
Mentorship:
- Serve as a mentor and resource for learners, offering advice, guidance, and encouragement throughout their learning journey.
- Help learners set goals, track progress, and identify areas for growth and development.
Stay Updated:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices in Flutter development.
- Continuously update training materials and curriculum to reflect changes in the Flutter framework and ecosystem.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development, with demonstrated proficiency in building mobile, web, or desktop applications using the Flutter framework.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in an ICT/IT related field, providing a solid foundation in computer science principles, software development methodologies, and programming languages.
- Additional certifications or training in Flutter development would be advantageous.
