The program began 4th -6th July 2019 at American Space Nakuru located at the the Nakuru national library. The program kicksarted through welcome speeches from the National library director Miss Purity , American Space Cordinator Angela who welcome all the participants to the program. Ruth Kaveke, the project lead explained the program to the participants. Panel session moderator by Ruth Kaveke with amazing panelist Serah Kahiu, Sandra Kambo, Aisha Abubakar and Zalia followed. The participants learnt from the panelist about their journey in ~STEM and got to learn about opportunities available for girls who completed high school and would like to venture to STEM, Young women passionate about business and in Business learnt how to use stem skills for employment. With the program dates the participants learnt how to create websites using WordPress, Mobile data collecton and analysing using ODK and Ona respectively, Digital marketing, Human Centered design, Sustainable Development Goals, Google my business and how to create designs such as posters, logos, certificates using Canva.
