Dycoh Gacheri is a Business Analyst, WordPress Developer, and Programme Coordinator passionate about using technology, data, and digital solutions to help organizations improve performance and deliver impact. A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate and Pwani Teknowgalz alumna, she combines analytical thinking with technical expertise to develop user-friendly websites, streamline project implementation, and support data-driven decision-making.Throughout her career, Dycoh has coordinated technology events with Google Developer Groups Pwani, contributed to AI-focused community initiatives, and supported operational reporting across healthcare and technology sectors. She is committed to building digital solutions that solve real-world challenges and is passionate about collaborating with organizations to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Pwaniteknowgalz has been instrumental in empowering me to fearlessly navigate the expansive tech landscape. The steadfast support from my mentors serves as a constant reminder to embrace opportunities and blaze trails for other women and girls who share the same passion and determination for technology. Their guidance has not only bolstered my confidence but also instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility to foster inclusivity and empowerment within the tech community. Latifa is the Founder of Lamu Tech Hub, a community-driven initiative that is expanding access to digital skills, innovation, and technology opportunities for young people in Lamu County. Through the hub, she is nurturing the next generation of tech talent by promoting digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and inclusive participation in the digital economy.Her journey in tech began in 2016 while she was a student at Hassan Joho Secondary School, where she participated in the Mombasa Girls in STEM project by Pwani Teknowgalz. Inspired by the experience, she continued building her skills in computer essentials, website development, and Python programming through Pwani Teknowgalz's mentorship programs.
Jessicah Mbithe is a full-stack digital professional, web developer, mobile developer, and digital marketing strategist passionate about building technology solutions that create real-world impact. As a Pwani Teknowgalz CodeHack Women in Tech Accelerator alumna, she strengthened her expertise in Flutter mobile development, UI/UX design using Figma, and WordPress web development, complementing her background in cybersecurity.
Jessicah leads the digital strategy at Mumtaz, where she manages the company's website, social media presence, and digital marketing initiatives.
Through the CodeHack program, I have significantly enhanced my skills in web design and development, resulting in the creation of my personal portfolio and a mockup website for an NGO (`{`personal portfolio`}`(https://trizaomina.github.io/ The digital marketing training equipped me with skills in SEO, social media marketing, and graphic design. This training led to securing two clients—one with a signed contract for social media marketing and another for graphic design work.

I have also launched my own social media account, @minah_digitals, to offer these services, though it is still a work in progress. Additionally, the program helped me secure an internship with the Ajira Digital Program, where I am applying my skills in real-world settings remotely.

Racheal Kamau is a Software Engineer and Cloud & Cybersecurity Professional passionate about building secure, scalable digital solutions. A proud Pwani Teknowgalz CodeHack Flutter alumna, she transitioned from a business background into technology during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she developed her first mobile application, Genesis Pregnancy Helper. Racheal specializes in software development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity while continuously expanding her expertise through industry certifications. Beyond her professional work, she is committed to empowering girls and young women by mentoring and training them in digital and cybersecurity skills, inspiring the next generation of women in technology.
Wakio Florence is a software developer whose journey in tech continues to grow through learning, community and real-world impact. With a background in web and mobile development, she has built her experience across technology, digital spaces and community engagement.

Today, Wakio serves as Platform Support Lead at Ziya, where she works at the intersection of technology and people, supporting a platform built to serve communities and entrepreneurs.

Her journey is a reflection of what happens when young women are given the opportunity, skills and space to grow in tech. From learning and building to now contributing to technology that supports real communities, Wakio continues to shape her path and inspire the next generation of women in technology.

Zamzam Sabinsia is an aspiring technology professional and a dedicated Data Analyst currently working within the fintech sector. As an alumna of the Pwani Teknowgalz Code Hack program, Zamzam has developed strong technical proficiency in web development, with a focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Driven by a passion for community development and solving real-world problems, Zamzam actively engages with the tech ecosystem, including participating in high-level entrepreneurship summit hackathons where she has collaborated with experienced engineers to develop innovative financial management systems. Committed to bridging the digital divide, she leverages her technical skills to provide solutions for her community and aspires to continue advancing her career in the technology industry.
