Building on the success of the beginner-level CodeHack program, the Accelerator Program supports graduates and aspiring innovators to move beyond foundational digital skills into advanced learning, real-world project development, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. The program creates opportunities for participants to strengthen their technical expertise while also developing leadership, problem-solving, communication, and business skills needed to thrive in today’s digital economy. Through hands-on training, mentorship, collaborative learning, and industry exposure, participants gain experience in areas such as web development, artificial intelligence, data science, digital marketing, UI/UX design, product development, and tech-enabled entrepreneurship. The program emphasizes practical application, enabling participants to work on impactful projects that address real community and business challenges. The Accelerator Program also focuses on employment pathways and income generation by preparing participants for internships, remote work opportunities, freelancing platforms, startup development, and entry-level tech careers.

Jessicah Mbithe is a dynamic tech professional and alumna of the CodeHack Accelerator Program at Pwani Teknowgalz. Her journey reflects the transformative impact of digital skills training, mentorship, and practical experience in shaping young women into industry leaders.Through the CodeHack program, Jessicah gained hands-on skills in full-stack development, digital marketing, and web technologies. The program provided her with opportunities to strengthen her technical expertise while also building confidence, leadership, and communication skills essential for the professional world.Today, Jessicah has transitioned from learning to leading digital strategy professionally, applying her expertise in technology and digital solutions within the workplace. Her growth from a learner in the CodeHack program to a professional contributing to digital transformation showcases the power of investing in young women in tech.

Khadija Khalfan is UI/UX specialist and a writer Through Pwani Teknowgalz, she acquired practical knowledge in web development, digital literacy, and technology tools that opened pathways for professional growth.The program equipped Khadija with skills that enhanced her creativity, problem-solving abilities, and confidence to participate in the digital ecosystem. Beyond technical training, the mentorship and supportive learning environment encouraged her to explore opportunities in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Farida Ahmed is a creative tech professional, entrepreneur, and alumna of the CodeHack Accelerator Program at Pwani Teknowgalz. Her journey through the program helped her build strong foundations in web development, digital marketing, graphic design, artificial intelligence, and professional soft skills.Through the mentorship and hands-on learning experience offered by CodeHack, Farida developed the confidence and technical expertise needed to navigate the digital economy and pursue entrepreneurship. Her passion for creativity and digital communication later led her to co-found GBrand 254, a branding and creative agency focused on helping businesses strengthen their digital presence and visual identity.In addition to entrepreneurship, Farida has continued to apply her skills in web development, social media management, and leadership roles, demonstrating the versatility and impact of digital skills training.

Emmaculate Amayeye is a sustainability entrepreneur and CodeHack alumna whose journey showcases how technology and innovation can drive social and environmental impact. During her time at Pwani Teknowgalz, Emmaculate gained digital and entrepreneurial skills that helped her align her passion for environmental sustainability with technology and innovation. Inspired by the mentorship and support she received, she later founded ImmaStitch Africa, an initiative focused on collecting and recycling textile waste.Her project has already collected thousands of kilograms of textile waste while creating opportunities for young women and girls in her community. Through her leadership, she has trained and employed out-of-school girls and young mothers, combining environmental sustainability with economic empowerment
